The Vincentians are a Community of Priests and Brothers in the Catholic Church. The Community was founded in France in 1625 by St.Vincent De Paul who was born in 1581 into a poor peasant agriculture family in the south of France to give Missions to the poor country people and to be involved in the formation of Diocesan Priests. The Vincentians are officially known as 'Congregation of the Mission'.
